1. Aluminum frame: Aluminum frame appearance structure composition and LED heat dissipation main structure generally use AL6063, aluminum extrusion mold, low initial cost investment, beautiful surface treatment, good heat dissipation effect, but if you use a die-cast frame, this will not only improve the IP protection level , And the sealing is better, the overall appearance is beautiful, but the investment in the mold cost is higher in the early stage.
 
2. Light guide plate: The side LED light is refracted by the dots to change the angle of light. The light guide plate is the heart of the flat light. The dot design is very important. If the dot design is not good, the overall light effect seen is very poor. Generally, there will be: 1. Bright in the middle, dark on both sides; 2. Bright on the light-in side, and dark in the middle; 3. Viewed from different angles, the overall brightness is inconsistent; 4. Local dark areas are obvious. A large part of the light effect of the light guide plate is in the design of the outlets, followed by the selection of the plate, but it is also wrong to blindly pursue the brand plate, because many brand manufacturers like Japan Mitsubishi, most of their good plates are People order it. Many of the Mitsubishi boards that flow out of the market are mostly scraps, and their light transmittance is not as high as their own boards. Therefore, the selection of the board does not depend on the manufacturer of the board, as long as the light transmittance is high, the light efficiency is OK. Okay.
 
3. Diffusion plate: The function of the diffusion plate is to evenly disperse the light of the light guide plate, and also to block the dots. The diffusion plate generally uses acrylic sheet or PS material. The cost of acrylic is lower and the light transmittance is lower than that of PC. High is slightly higher, acrylic is brittle and anti-aging performance is weak, PS is slightly more expensive, but has strong anti-aging performance. After the diffuser is installed, the dots cannot be seen, and the light transmittance should be around 90%. The light transmittance of acrylic is 92%, and the PS is 88%. You can choose the material of the diffuser according to your needs. Generally, acrylic materials are used.
 
4. Reflective paper: Reflective paper mainly reflects the remaining light on the back of the light guide plate, generally RW250.
 
5. LED light source: SMD3528 is generally used and some people use 5630 and 5050. 5630 and 5050 have low luminous efficiency and difficult dot design, poor versatility, but low cost. SMD3528 has high light efficiency and strong dot versatility.
 
6. Rear cover: Sealed lamp body-generally AL aluminum, with strong overall texture and can play a role in heat dissipation.
 
7. Drive power: At present, LED lighting has two power methods: 1. Directly use constant current power supply (this mode has high efficiency, PF value is as high as 0.95, and high cost performance); 2. Constant voltage and constant current mode (stable performance, but Low efficiency and high cost). Generally, this mode is designed for customers who require certification, because the lamps are low-voltage lamps with 24V input and do not need to be safety regulated. Directly using safety regulated power supplies can be shipped to various countries, and the scope of use is relatively wide.
